Take vital signs at scheduled times
Observe Patient: Mental & Emotional status, skin neurological status, breathing, eating/drinking, incontinence, activities, pain
We check on our patients to make sure that they are Clean-Dry-Comfortable.
We check that the rooms are clean and trash is thrown out.
We make sure that medication is given and if patient refuses med- angels of care staff is notify at once.
